The property had been empty for 12 months and everything needed to be stripped out and start from scratch. Once the property has completely empty every room was updated with new flooring, fresh decoration in neutral colour scheme. Kitchen was updated and a dining area added. New bathroom was added to create a boutique chic feeling for the compact space. Every room was dressed and styled so the whole property was home staged.

Furniture Selection
Simple contemporary furniture and furnishing were selected to inspire potential viewers. Bedrooms were relaxing and space utilised effectively. The lounge windows were dresses to show the feature bay windows and a contemporary fireplace added. The property was sold within 10 days for the full asking price. A great result.
