The client wanted to update a rental property so they could secure a quick sale. We advised on what changes needed to be made from kerb appeal to updating bathrooms. We walked through the property and detailed a to do list providing examples of tiles, flooring, kitchen spec, bathroom etc. All details considing the most cost effective solutions to create a desirable property.

When all the renovations were complete Creative Homeseller spent 3 days staging each room to create a wonderful updated home just ready to move in. The day the property was put on the market in the morning a sale was agreed with in hours. The purchaser loved the house exactly as seen so everything in the photographs were included in the sale.
