Property Transformation in Bury with Home Staging
Empty Home
Working with our client we agreed the target demographics of the potential purchaser. From that starting point we created the layout and colour palette for the property. Exterior, hall, lounge, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and cloakroom were styled. We planned and sourced all products. When the property was handed over within a day the home was furnished and styled ready to photograph. The property had been on the market for 4 months with no serious offers but within a few days of home staging an offer was accepted the sale exchanged and completed in less than 2 months. The clients were amazed at the quick result.
You may think your property is an easy to sell. It’s in a great property, has a terrific layout, gets awesome light, and the location is ideal. But if it doesn’t look great to potential buyers, it may not garner the attention (or offers) it deserves. That’s where a stager comes in. Our talented interior designers adapt the décor of a space to create a more visually appealing—and sale-worthy—space. Staging your apartment right can mean it won’t sit on the market for months on end.
Before — Home Staging Bury
The client had been renting the property for a while but wanted to invest money home staging the apartment for sale. The apartments were built in the 1980’s but needed a fresh new look. Salford, an up and coming area in Manchester is developing so we created a contemporary feel for the Salford city living lifestyle. This home staging project was a great success.
After — Home Staging Bury
The apartment was totally renovated and sold the same week it was added to the market achieving the highest sale price for the location. The stud walls that sectioned off a small dark kitchen were removed to create a light, bright open kitchen, living dining space. The bathroom was updated to create a boutique hotel feel adding huge mirror to reflect light. Take a look.
